This photo was taken during my recent trip to Chicago. While people call this Millennium Park sculpture “The Bean”, it’s actual title is “Cloud Gate”. Visitors are able to walk around and under the sculpture’s 12′ high arch. On the underside is the “omphalos”, a concave chamber that warps and multiplies reflections, pictured here. You can spot me right above the crease in the orange shirt taking this photo.

I took this photo while I was at home over the weekend for my sister’s graduation from Virginia Tech. On the way back, my girlfriend and I stopped and toured the caverns.

I know I haven’t uploaded anything in quite a while. I’ll start updating more regularly soon. This photo was from a recent trip I took to Charleston. This restaurant was hard to find and worth the journey. Amazing, fresh seafood. Haven’t seen the movie, but apparently this was where the couple in the movie Dear John had their first date.

I took this photo at the end of the Canal Walk in Richmond, VA. This is a spot where the train tracks head over the history walk detailing the burning of Richmond.

This photo was taken the other day while I was jogging on Brown’s Island in downtown Richmond, VA. It’s the underside of the 9th Street bridge leading to the south side of the city.

This photo was taken during last week’s snowstorm while I was hiking back down Capitol Square in almost two feet of snow.

I took this photo during the blizzard over the weekend. I trekked up to the Capitol from my apartment to grab my camera and snapped a few photos on the way back home.

This photo was taken while I was showing a friend around D.C. for their first time. Near sunset, we ended up near the tidal basin, where I snapped this photo.
